The BEC (NESCO) is Mumbai's principal venue — a multi-hall complex on the Western Express Highway with its own access and marshalling discipline. Hall heights and column grids vary by hall, so we design to the specific hall rather than a generic assumption.
Process equipment can be heavy, so floor loading and safe mounting are planned in early. Power is sanctioned through the venue's official electrical contractor against a declared load (including any equipment that runs on the stand), ordered ahead to avoid peak-build surcharges. All materials are FR-treated with certificate and fire NOC filed before move-in, finishing is completed off-site, and two-storey builds need a structural-stability certificate from a licensed engineer.
The home-ground advantage is real: our workshop is minutes from the BEC, so there is no long road freight, crating is shorter, and we can react fast during build-up — a genuine cost and reliability edge, and useful when heavy equipment needs careful, safe setting. The stands that win at ChemProTech India display real equipment and make the engineering legible. We design clean, well-lit display for equipment with proper, safe mounting, clear signage on capability, capacity, materials of construction and standards met, and a seated area for the technical conversation. Where a cutaway or working demonstration helps, we design it in with the power and space it needs.
Capability has to read fast: a process engineer should grasp what the equipment does, in what duty and to what standard, before they reach you — so we give the equipment and the technical data room rather than crowding the stand with generic process imagery.

A turnkey SOL stand at ChemProTech India runs from ₹1.8 lakh for a focused 9–18 m² Essential presence, from ₹4.5 lakh for a 24–48 m² Regular build with equipment display and a meeting area, and from ₹12 lakh for a 50–100 m²-plus Premium island, double-deck or heavy-equipment build. The figure is all-inclusive — design, fabrication, graphics, lighting, delivery within Mumbai, install, dismantle and the venue paperwork — with only the organiser's floor rental outside it.
What moves the number is heavy equipment floor loading and mounting, a working or cutaway demonstration, a co-located Chemspec presence, or a double-deck lounge. What you do not pay extra for is flooring, material handling and electrical fit-out — and because this is our home venue, you also save the freight an out-of-Mumbai builder would add.
Stand sizes and layouts
Stands run from compact 9–18 m² spaces for instrumentation and components suppliers to 100 m²-plus islands and double-deckers for pump, valve and process-plant majors. The layout puts equipment where the aisle sees it, plans safe mounting and circulation for heavy items, and keeps a meeting area for the technical conversation. Corner and island positions help on a busy, project-focused floor.

The BEC runs a tight build-up and dock schedule, and services book up early. We confirm your build slot, order power and any demonstration load through the venue contractor before the deadline, plan loading and safe mounting for heavy equipment off the highway docks, and — because we're local — schedule a short, reliable delivery so the stand and its equipment land set and ready for the first buyer.
