Stand Builder for Global Fintech Fest 2026
The 7th edition runs 9–11 September 2026 at the Jio World Convention Centre in BKC — a premium, tightly-run venue 30 minutes from our Mumbai workshop. We design, fabricate and install on home ground: no inter-state freight, no e-way-bill risk, and a project manager who can reach your stand within the hour.
Global Fintech Fest 2026 — What You're Walking Into
GFF is conference-led: the show floor wraps around 350+ sessions and an unusually senior room. That changes how a stand has to behave — and it's the first thing we plan around.

Why Mumbai fintech brands choose SOL
We're a Mumbai company building a Mumbai show. The CPHI freight-and-e-way-bill story simply doesn't apply here: our workshop is in Marine Lines, about 30 minutes from BKC. Stands are fabricated and pre-assembled in-house, trucked across the city, and installed by our own crew. If a graphic panel is wrong on build night, we replace it the same evening.
What you do get at GFF that you don't at most shows: a venue that runs to convention-centre standards, and a floor full of people who decide in seconds whether your demo is worth their time. We plan for both.
One quote, GST-compliant, built and installed by our own Mumbai team — not subcontracted to a vendor you'll never meet.

Operational notes from the SOL projects team — the detail that decides whether your demo lands and your build night goes smoothly.
Connectivity Is the Demo's Single Point of Failure
At a pharma show we plan power; at a fintech show we plan bandwidth. Almost every exhibitor is demoing something live — a payments flow, a dashboard, an AI agent. With tens of thousands of attendees on devices, shared venue Wi-Fi saturates fast, and a demo that stutters in front of a bank's CXO is worse than no demo. Tell us what the demo depends on at briefing; we plan a hardwired internet drop with a 5G failover and keep the live demo off shared Wi-Fi entirely.
Jio World Centre Runs to Convention-Centre Discipline
JWCC is not a typical exhibition hall. Dock access and build slots are scheduled tightly, build standards are higher than a standard expo ground, and rigging, height and fire-safety rules are enforced — you cannot improvise on build night. We work to the venue's slotting and submit structural and electrical paperwork on its timeline, which means your design has to be locked earlier than a looser venue would let you get away with.
The Audience Is Senior — Read Credible in Five Seconds
The buyer at GFF is a regulator, a bank executive or an investor, not a passer-by collecting pens. In the first few seconds they read three things: what you actually do, who already trusts you (partner and bank logos, regulatory status), and whether you look like a business that handles money safely. A flimsy startup-grade build undercuts the pitch. We design fintech stands to read enterprise-grade and secure, because here the stand is itself a trust signal.
Early September Is the Monsoon Tail in Mumbai
The show sits at the end of Mumbai's monsoon. The venue is indoors so your stand is dry, but load-in, material handling and any outdoor branding have to be planned around rain, and high humidity affects vinyl adhesion and large-format graphics. We schedule load-in around the weather windows, laminate and handle graphics for humidity, and keep a buffer so a wet load-in morning doesn't eat your build time.
Design Around Screens and Charging, Not Shelves
Fintech has nothing physical to display, so the stand is built around screens and interaction: touch demo stations, an LED or video wall running the product, tablet pods for one-to-one walkthroughs, and comfortable seating for the conversations that matter. One reliable footfall magnet is a charging bar — attendees' phones die by mid-afternoon, and a branded charging point buys you ninety seconds of attention you'd otherwise chase.
Lead Capture Has to Be Frictionless
Senior delegates won't fill in a form. Plan for badge or QR scanning so a conversation becomes a captured lead in one tap, and brief your stand team to qualify fast — at a show this senior, the value is in ten real conversations, not a hundred scanned badges.

One quote — design, fabrication, local Mumbai transport, install, dismantle and organiser paperwork are all inside the number. The GFF exhibition package (floor space) is billed separately by the organiser. AV and a dedicated connectivity line are priced as line items, because they move the most at a fintech show.

Global Fintech Fest 2026: Costs, Venue, and What Works on the Floor
Global Fintech Fest is India's flagship fintech gathering, and the 2026 edition runs 9–11 September at the Jio World Convention Centre in BKC, Mumbai, organised by the Payments Council of India, NPCI and the Fintech Convergence Council. It is conference-led: most of the audience spends the day across 350+ sessions, masterclasses and closed-door roundtables, so floor traffic concentrates into breaks and the windows after the marquee keynotes. The room is unusually senior — RBI, SEBI and IFSCA leadership, central bankers, bank CXOs, payment networks, NBFCs, investors and founders. That changes how a stand has to behave, and it's the first thing we plan around.
A turnkey GFF stand from us runs ₹1.6 lakh to ₹20 lakh depending on size, AV and connectivity. Because the venue sits 30 minutes from our Mumbai workshop, there is no inter-state freight and no GST e-way-bill border risk — the freight-and-paperwork drama that defines a Delhi NCR show simply isn't a factor here. Stands are pre-assembled and inspected in-house, trucked across the city, and installed by our own crew.
Is a Stand the Right Move — and at What Size?
The honest question first: do you need a stand, or a delegate pass and a full meeting calendar? GFF delivers a lot from the sessions and corridor conversations alone. A stand earns its keep when you have something to demo, a launch to land, or a partner-facing presence to project. If that's you, size follows intent. A 9 m² pod gives you a counter and a screen — visible, but no room to seat anyone. 18 m² is the sensible entry. At 24 m² you unlock a semi-private corner for the partnership and investor conversations that actually close here; at 48 m²+ you can run separate demo, meeting and hospitality zones. Trying to do all of it on a small stand usually does none of it well.
Designing for a Fintech Audience
Fintech has nothing to put on a shelf, so the stand is built around screens, interaction and trust. Lead with one clear statement of what you do — payments, lending, infrastructure, compliance, AI — because a senior visitor decides in seconds whether to stop. Back it with the proof that matters in financial services: the banks and networks you work with, your regulatory and security posture, real numbers. A flimsy, startup-grade build quietly undercuts the pitch in front of people who move money for a living, so we design fintech stands to read enterprise-grade and credible.
Connectivity: the Demo's Single Point of Failure
At a pharma show we plan power; at a fintech show we plan bandwidth. Almost every exhibitor is demoing something live — a payments flow, a dashboard, an AI agent, an app journey. With tens of thousands of fintech attendees all on devices, shared venue Wi-Fi saturates fast, and a demo that stutters in front of a bank's CXO is worse than no demo. Tell us what the demo depends on at briefing; we plan a hardwired internet drop with a 5G failover and keep the live demo off shared Wi-Fi entirely.
What 2026 Pricing Looks Like
A turnkey stand typically falls between ₹1.6 lakh and ₹20 lakh. Roughly:
- 9 m² modular pod: ₹1.4L–₹2L
- 18 m² modular: ₹1.6L–₹3.5L
- 24 m² custom with meeting corner: ₹4.5L–₹6.5L
- 48 m² custom, multiple zones: ₹9L–₹13L
- 80 m²+ / double-decker / LED-led: ₹13L–₹20L+
These cover design, fabrication, local Mumbai transport, install, dismantle and organiser paperwork. They exclude the GFF exhibition package (billed by the organiser), GST, a dedicated connectivity line, and premium LED beyond the tier. Because there's no inter-state freight, GFF avoids the Delhi-NCR freight and wedding-season premium that pushes up a CPHI build.
Where Fintech Stands Go Wrong
The mistakes repeat. Most common: relying on venue Wi-Fi for a live demo, then watching it stutter in front of the wrong person. Next: a cluttered message — three propositions where one would convert. Then: a build that looks startup-flimsy to an enterprise buyer. Then: treating GFF like a pure expo and over-investing in floor theatre while under-investing in the meeting space where deals happen. And finally: locking the design late, which a tightly-scheduled venue like JWCC punishes harder than a relaxed exhibition ground.

Global Fintech Fest 2026 — Frequently Asked Questions
Real answers with real numbers. Click any question to expand.
How much does a stand at Global Fintech Fest cost?
Roughly ₹1.6 lakh to ₹20 lakh depending on size, AV and connectivity. A modular 18 m² pod starts around ₹1.6L; a 24 m² custom with a meeting corner is ₹4.5L–₹6.5L; a large LED-led or double-decker platform runs ₹13L+. Everything is inclusive — design, fabrication, local Mumbai transport, install, dismantle and organiser paperwork. The GFF exhibition package is billed separately by the organiser.
What's included, and what isn't?
Included: design, fabrication, local Mumbai transport, install, dismantle, organiser electrical and cleaning paperwork, a 3D design before contract, one project manager, and screen/AV/lighting integration. Not included: the GFF floor-space package, GST, your team's travel and stay, and a dedicated internet line or premium LED beyond your tier.
Where is the venue and do you build there often?
Jio World Convention Centre in BKC, Mumbai — about 30 minutes from our Marine Lines workshop. GFF is effectively a home show for us: no inter-state freight, and a project manager who can reach your stand quickly during build.
My demo runs live — how do you handle connectivity?
Tell us what the demo depends on at briefing. We plan a hardwired internet drop with a 5G failover and keep the live demo off shared venue Wi-Fi, which saturates fast with tens of thousands of fintech attendees on devices. This is the single most common reason a floor demo fails at GFF.
The audience is very senior — how does that change the design?
Regulators, bank CXOs and investors read your stand in seconds: what you do, who trusts you, and whether you look safe to do business with. We design fintech stands to read enterprise-grade, with partner and compliance cues legible from the aisle, and we build in proper seating for the scheduled conversations that close deals here.
How fast can I get a quote?
You receive a custom 3D rendering and a full ₹ quote within 48 hours of submitting the form. The proposal lists every included line item as a single number — no separate invoices for transport, install or paperwork.
How long does install take?
A modular 9–18 m² pod goes up in 6–10 hours, one shift. A 24–48 m² custom stand needs 1.5–2 days. Larger platforms need the full build window. Because stands are pre-assembled at our workshop first, on-site install is mostly replication of an approved build.
When do I need to confirm my design?
For a September show, confirm by late June, and earlier for stands above 30 m². Jio World Centre schedules build slots tightly and enforces its rules, so a late lock costs you more here than at a looser venue. Early September is also the monsoon tail in Mumbai, which we plan load-in around.
Should I have a meeting room?
At 24 m² and above, usually yes — partnership and investor conversations at GFF are pre-booked and don't belong in the open aisle. Below that, an enclosed room eats too much floor; a semi-private corner works better.
How many staff should I plan for?
On a 9–18 m² pod, two to three. On a 24 m² stand with a meeting corner, three to four. On 48 m²+, five or more. Keep someone engaging passers-by separately from whoever is running meetings, and brief the team to qualify fast at a senior show.
Can I add AV, screens and a charging bar?
Yes. Screens, LED walls, touchscreens, audio and lighting are integrated into the build, not coordinated through a separate vendor. A branded charging bar is one of the most reliable footfall magnets at a fintech show.
Do you handle lead capture?
We plan badge or QR lead capture into the stand layout so a conversation becomes a captured lead in one tap. We don't run your CRM, but we make sure the stand supports a frictionless capture flow rather than a clipboard.
Can the stand be reused?
Modular systems, yes — with a graphics refresh between shows. Custom builds: the structure can often be reused even if graphics and finishes change. If you do GFF plus other shows in the year, we design for reuse to spread the cost.
Can you handle a rush build?
Yes, typically at a 15–25% premium for overtime fabrication. There's a floor on lead time, though — below a certain point we'd rather decline than deliver something we can't stand behind. Talk to us as early as you can.
What file formats do you need for graphics?
Vector files (AI, EPS, PDF) for logos and high-resolution rasters (PSD, TIFF, PNG at 150 dpi at final print size) for photography. If you don't have these, our in-house design team can rebuild artwork from whatever you have.
Do you build for other tech and fintech shows?
Yes. The same team builds for corporate launches, tech and telecom showcases and other conferences in India and abroad. Many clients do GFF plus one or two other events with us a year.
What payment terms do you offer?
Typically a booking advance with the balance before dispatch; GST as applicable. We accept bank transfer and the usual business payment methods. Credit terms are available for established corporate clients subject to our standard checks.
How do I start?
Submit the form on this page or message us. Tell us your stand size, booth number if you have it, what your demo needs, and any reference images. You'll get a 3D design and a full ₹ quote within 48 hours. If we're not the right fit, we'll say so.
