Custom Exhibition Stands 80–100 m²
80 to 100 m² is usually an island — open on all four sides, seen from every direction, and judged as architecture rather than as a booth. Designed, engineered and built at our Mumbai facility.
Custom stands we have built at 80–100 m²
Open any design to see every angle, choose a configuration and add-ons, and send it to us as an enquiry. Each design is a starting point — layout, counter, storage and branding are adjusted to your products and your stall number before fabrication begins at our Mumbai workshop.
What a custom stand at 80–100 m² costs
A bespoke build at 80–100 m² runs roughly ₹16 lakh to ₹34 lakh all-inclusive, starting from ₹12 lakh. Custom work is quoted from the actual design rather than a rate card, which is why the spread is wide — the figure moves with what is genuinely built, not with a per-square-metre multiplier.
Three things move it most. Enclosed volume is first: every wall that becomes a room adds structure, a door, lighting, ventilation and acoustic treatment. Finish is second — laminate, veneer, solid surface and backlit stretch fabric sit at very different points. Structural work is third, and anything raised, suspended or double-decked brings engineering, certification and organiser approval with it.
Design, technical drawings, structural calculations and organiser submissions are inside the figure, as are road freight from our Mumbai workshop with GST e-way bills, supervised build-up, show-day cover and dismantle. What sits outside it is the organiser's floor or space rental — between ₹9,000 and ₹18,000 per square metre at a major Indian show — and venue-charged services such as power, water, compressed air, rigging and internet. GST applies at prevailing rates.
If reuse matters, say so at design stage. A custom shell is built for one plot shape and rarely transfers whole, but counters, display units, storage and AV housings can be built as modules that travel. Where a clean branded presence that reconfigures easily would serve you better, a modular build will cost less and we will tell you so.
An island has no back wall to hide behind
Defining constraint of an island plot is that
The defining constraint of an island plot is that there is no rear elevation. Every side is a front, which means services, storage and structure have to be resolved internally rather than pushed to the back. Most stands that look unresolved at this size were designed as a four-sided plot with a hidden back that then had to be exposed.
It also changes the branding logic
It also changes the branding logic. Instead of one large message on a back wall, you need the identity legible from four approaches, which usually means a raised central element — a header ring, a tower, a suspended banner where the organiser permits it — carrying the brand above the structure at a height that reads down the aisles.
Sightlines through the stand matter more than at
Sightlines through the stand matter more than at any other size. A visitor should be able to see into and partly through the footprint, because a solid block reads as closed and people walk around it rather than into it.
From brief to handover

Brief
Send the show, hall, stall number and open sides. We confirm height limits and rigging rules before anything is drawn.

3D design
A 3D concept within 48 hours, worked to your products and brand rather than dropped onto a template.

Quotation
An itemised quote against the approved design — structure, graphics, lighting, furniture, transport and crew, priced separately.

Production
Built and test-assembled in our Mumbai workshop, so faults surface on our floor and not in the hall.

Delivery & installation
We ship, build inside the organiser’s window with a project manager present, and dismantle afterwards.

What does a custom exhibition stand at 80–100 m² cost in India?
From ₹12 lakh all-inclusive — design, engineering, fabrication, graphics, lighting, road freight from our Mumbai workshop, supervised installation and dismantle. The organiser's floor or space rental and venue-charged services such as power and rigging are separate. GST applies at prevailing rates.
How far ahead do we need to commit?
Design sign-off should land six to twelve weeks before build-up depending on scale and whether structural approvals are needed. The binding constraint is usually the organiser's deadline for structural drawings, not our fabrication capacity.
Can a custom stand be reused at another show?
Partly, and it is worth designing for from the start. A custom shell is built for a plot shape and rarely transfers whole, but counters, display units, storage and AV housings can be built as reusable modules inside it. We flag which elements will travel at design stage.
Who handles organiser approvals?
We do. Technical drawings, structural calculations and the registered engineer's certificate where required are prepared and submitted by us. You will need to give us your stall number and the organiser's technical manual as early as possible, because those deadlines sit well before build-up.
What is not included in the price?
Floor or space rental paid to the organiser, venue-charged services such as power connection, water, compressed air, rigging points and internet, plus your own staffing, travel and hospitality consumables. Everything we design, build, ship and install is inside the quoted figure.
Do you install outside Maharashtra?
Yes. We road-freight from Mumbai with GST e-way bills for every consignment and install at venues across India, including Bombay Exhibition Centre in Goregaon, Jio World Convention Centre in BKC, Bharat Mandapam in New Delhi, India Expo Mart in Greater Noida and BIEC in Bengaluru. Our own supervisor runs every build rather than a subcontracted local crew.
Custom or modular at this size?
Custom earns its place when the stand has to do something a system frame cannot — carry weight, enclose rooms properly, hold a non-standard shape, or look unlike everything else in the hall. If your requirement is a clean, well-branded presence that reconfigures easily between shows, a modular build will cost less and serve you better.
Can we see the stand before the show?
For larger builds we pre-assemble critical sections at the Mumbai workshop and share photographs, and clients are welcome to visit during fabrication. A full dry build is possible at pavilion scale and we will tell you when it is worth the cost.
Tell us the show and the stall number
We will come back with a 3D concept for your 80–100 m² space and an all-inclusive quote in INR, usually within 48 hours.
