Working with us — common questions
Are these photographs of real builds?
Yes. Every image on this page is a photograph taken on the show floor of a completed stand we designed, fabricated and installed. Our design concepts and product galleries are kept separate, under the modular and custom stand sections, so the two are never confused.
Can we visit a live stand before appointing you?
Often, yes. If we have a build running at a show you can attend, we will tell you and arrange for you to see it standing. It is the most useful due diligence available and we would rather you did it.
Do you work outside India?
Yes. Several projects here are international editions, including CPHI Worldwide in Frankfurt and Madrid, the Big 5 in Dubai, Hong Kong, Bangkok and Istanbul. Our own supervisor travels for those builds rather than handing drawings to a local contractor.
What did these stands cost?
They span the full range. Our spine is from ₹1.8 lakh all-inclusive for Essential builds at 9 to 18 m², from ₹4.5 lakh for Custom at 24 to 48 m², and from ₹12 lakh for Premium at 50 to 100 m² and above. Floor rental and venue-charged services sit outside those figures and GST applies at prevailing rates.
Can you build something similar for us?
Yes, and it will not be a copy. Send us the show, hall, stall number and size and we produce a 3D concept designed to your plot shape, your products and your objective. If a project here is close to what you have in mind, tell us which one and why.
Which sectors do you work in most?
Pharmaceutical and chemical exhibitors are the largest groups, largely through CPHI, Chemspec and their regional editions, alongside building materials, jewellery, industrial and energy clients.
Who supervises the build on site?
Our own production and site team, led from Mumbai. We do not subcontract supervision to a local crew, including on international builds, because the person who knows how the stand was fabricated should be the person assembling it.
How far ahead should we approach you?
Five to six weeks before build-up for a modular stand, six to twelve for custom depending on scale and whether structural approvals are needed. Earlier is better for international editions, where freight and customs documentation set the timeline.
