A conference kit runs roughly ₹40,000 to ₹150,000 per set. Unlike our built exhibition stands these are per-unit products rather than area-priced, so the figure moves with what is in the set and how it is made, not with square metres.
What moves it: stage backdrop width and whether it is fabric, lightbox or hard-panel; registration desk count and whether they lock; number of directional and hall-identification signs. Quantity matters more here than on a stand — the same kit produced as a batch for twenty cities costs materially less per set than a single unit.
Frames, counters and cases are the durable elements and the printed media is the consumable, so a repeat campaign is a reprint against stored artwork rather than a new build. We hold your die lines for exactly that reason. Delivery is by road across India with GST e-way bills raised per consignment, and GST applies at prevailing rates.
If your requirement is an allocated plot at a trade fair rather than a portable presence, a modular stand from ₹1.8 lakh all-inclusive will serve you far better than any kit on this page.

The backdrop behind the speaker, the panel on the lectern, the desk delegates register at and the signs that tell them which hall — all of that is yours to bring, and it is what appears in every photograph taken.

What does a conference kit cost?
Indicatively ₹40,000 to ₹150,000 per set. The spread reflects construction, print specification and quantity rather than hidden extras. These are per-unit products, priced differently from our built exhibition stands, which are quoted by floor area from ₹1.8 lakh.
How quickly can it be produced?
Standard configurations typically go out within five to seven working days of artwork approval. Bespoke construction and multi-city batch runs need longer, and we will give you a dated schedule with the quote rather than an estimate.
Can we reuse it and just change the graphics?
Yes — that is how these are designed. The frame, counter and case are the durable elements; the printed media is the consumable. We hold your artwork and die lines so a repeat campaign is a reprint rather than a new build.
Do we need a crew to set it up?
No. These are designed for your own staff — no tools, no loose fixings, and a case that only closes when every part is back in it. An assembly card ships with each set.
What artwork do you need from us?
Vector logos and print-resolution images, with the die line we supply once the configuration is fixed. Our studio can adapt existing campaign artwork to the panel shapes if you do not have it laid out for these formats.
Do you deliver outside Maharashtra?
Yes, across India by road with GST e-way bills raised for every consignment. Multi-city campaigns can be despatched to each city directly.

Can you store the kit between campaigns?
Yes. We can hold sets at our Mumbai facility between deployments and despatch them to the next event, which is usually cheaper and safer than shipping them back to a client office each time.
