Exhibition Graphic Design Guidelines

1. Maintain crisp headline and message

Your exhibition graphics do not need a list of products or material specifications or technical information as they are not brochures. Instead, tackle the problems and propose a solution. So, instead of being product-centred, make it human-centred.

2. Concentrate on font size

Many exhibitors feel that the graphics for the participants are in their stand booth. But it isn’t. Booth banners will build curiosity and urge the participants to come into your exhibition booth display for exhibitions. Make sure that you can read your graphics from 12 to 15 metres away.

3. Use attractive pictures

Whether you are selling skincare or tea, your exhibition graphics shouldn’t reflect those. Instead, go to images that a participant can relate with. Choose images of positive, pleasant, happy people and dynamic images.

4. Hire a graphic designer specialising in graphic design

You also need to hire professional graphic designers for your exhibition booth display when you recruit a booth design company, booth personnel, etc. A graphic designer understands your brand and produces graphics as per your brand’s needs.

5. Follow your brand manual at all times

Each brand is associated with specific images, colours, fonts, etc. This ensures consistency across all communication and platforms. Your expo stands must also follow the brand guidelines to produce the exhibition graphics.
