Design tips from SOL, a stall design company, bauma can have

With increased competition and more complicated booths than ever before, you’ll need to find a way to stand apart.

Are you ready to stand out from the crowd and create a splash in the crowded exhibit hall? When it comes to planning your next exhibition stall, exhibit, or display, remember these eight tips.

1) Make it participatory.

Passive activities, such as watching a TV screen, will not be as effective as including interactive components. Attendees like taking part in exhibition activities because they have the opportunity to win a prize. Having people hang around longer at your booth means that your representatives will have more time to interact with potential customers. To draw in consumers to interact with your content, use touch screen technology, have giveaways, or present product demos in which they may take part.

2) Keep key messaging large, brief, and at waist level.

Keep key messaging large, brief, and at the waist. To guarantee that your essential remarks are easily visible, place them at a height of 3 to 4 feet. Place your corporate logo throughout the show to strengthen your brand. Keep your message brief and to a few striking headlines printed in a large, readable typeface that can be seen from a distance.

3) Don’t Forget About Negative and Empty Space

While you don’t want your booth to be too bare, consider the advantages of allowing some empty space. Keep it clean and appealing by avoiding cumbersome furnishings and big goods. You can ensure that the customer is comfortable when conversing with your personnel if you have this extra bit of room.

Negative space should also be included in your graphics. The general rule for booth graphics is that 40 percent of the space should be unoccupied.

4) Ensure that images are properly formatted and resized.

Although the latest iPhone model takes decent shots and an Instagram vignette filter gives your cell phone photos that extra “pop,” high-resolution images and properly structured graphics are required for exhibition displays. Otherwise, your printed papers may appear pixelated, hazy, or stretched. Before you go to print, get a competent designer to produce your materials according to the spec sheet from your supplier.

5) Maintain a consistent brand from top to bottom.

Make sure your booth’s logo is consistent across the space. Your brand’s concept should be consistent throughout all of your design resources, from banners and graphics to freebies and more.

6) Use the Surprising Element

Put something that doesn’t belong in the centre of your exhibit space if you really want to get people’s attention. Whatever you do, seek to elicit awe, amusement, or, best of all, a need-to-know response from your customers, encouraging them to come inside and interact with your business.

Conclusion

Hope these design ideas by SOL, a stall design company, bauma proves to be beneficial for your stall at Bauma.
